About this film
You decide what the AI agent does. This film shows the behaviour rules and the topics it does not discuss, previewing your instructions, and undoing changes. Then it shows its limits in a conversation: it does not message your customers first, it says it is automated, it politely declines what falls outside your business, and it falls silent when a member of staff takes over.
What the film shows
- You set the behaviour rules, the topics it does not discuss, and when a customer is handed to staff.
- You preview your instructions as the AI agent receives them.
- You undo the last save, or reset a field to its default value.
- The AI agent does not message your customers first, and its first reply says it is an automated assistant.
- It falls silent when a member of staff takes the conversation, and answers again when it is handed back.
- You turn on two-step authentication, and sign out of your other devices.
What the film says
An English translation of the Arabic narration.
- In ChatSheba you yourself set the AI agent's behaviour rules, and the topics it does not discuss,
- and when the customer is handed to a member of staff.
- And you preview your instructions as the AI agent receives them.
- And if you change your mind, you undo the last save, or reset a field to its default value.
- The AI agent does not take the first step of writing to your customers,
- and in its first reply it introduces itself as an automated assistant.
- If it is asked about anything outside your business, it politely declines and comes back to your projects.
- Whenever a member of your team takes a conversation in ChatSheba CRM, the AI agent falls silent in it.
- And when it is handed back to it, it answers again.
- And for your account's security, you turn on two-step authentication, and sign out of the other devices.
