About this film
This film starts by inviting a new member of staff to the team, then follows a conversation the AI agent hands over because it touches on safety. The showroom manager assigns it to a member of staff, who answers the customer herself and consults a colleague in a private note the customer never sees.
What the film shows
- You invite your team from ChatSheba with each person's name and e-mail.
- A conversation is assigned to a member of staff or a team, and shows under their "Mine" tab.
- The AI agent does not step into a conversation a member of staff is handling.
- For questions that keep coming back, staff type a slash and pick a ready reply.
- The team consults in private notes, and a colleague can follow as a participant without being assigned.
What the film says
An English translation of the Arabic narration.
- You invite your team from ChatSheba: you type each staff member's name and e-mail.
- And each of them joins the inbox in ChatSheba CRM, and the escalation team.
- Adel sends a photo of his wardrobe, and because it is a safety matter, the AI agent hands the conversation to the escalation team.
- Your team finds it in the escalation team's list, at high priority, because the AI agent judged it critical.
- A conversation is assigned to a member of staff or to a team; here Hala, the showroom manager, assigns it to Layla.
- So it shows for Layla under the tab "Mine", with everything said in it.
- Layla answers Adel herself, and the AI agent does not step into a conversation a member of staff handles.
- And for the questions that keep coming back, a member of staff types a slash and picks a ready reply.
- Then Layla writes a private note that only the team sees, and that does not reach Adel.
- And because she mentions Basil in it, the conversation shows in his Mentions list.
- And Basil becomes a participant who follows the conversation, without it being assigned to him.
