ChatSheba pricing.

ChatSheba runs on three public monthly tiers by message volume, and every tier is the whole product. What cannot sit on a fixed tier is below, with how its price gets set. The figures on this page are the prices we sign.

ChatSheba

ChatSheba plans, by message volume.

Every tier is the full platform — the four channels, the CRM layer, and the same support. Pick the monthly message cap that fits; upgrades apply immediately.

Enterprise

Regulated and multi-entity

Dedicated or hybrid hosting, data governance, multiple agents, and a formal SLA — scoped to your requirements.

  • Annual billing: pay for 11 months, get 12.
  • WhatsApp Business API fees are billed by Meta to your own account — the Sheba invoice covers AI processing only.
  • A smart message is one agent message in or out; a typical customer inquiry is about two.

Not everything fits a monthly tier.

A monthly tier assumes one product and a known volume of use. Neither of these two offers that: one is engineered around a single operation, and the other is scoped through an evaluation before any number exists.

  • Sheba Enterprise Platform

    Agreed at the evaluation

Access is agreed one organisation at a time, after an evaluation that is allowed to end with a different answer. Nothing here is waiting on a launch date.

  • Social Sheba

    Agreed after the request

No number is published here either, because the work is scoped per account: the channels, the content volume and the campaign load decide it, and those are settled in the request.

  • Custom AI Solutions

    Scoped per project

We are not withholding a number. Until the process, the systems it has to reach and the deployment shape are settled, there is no number to withhold.

Pricing questions, answered.

Start on the tier that fits.

Request setup and the Sheba team does the configuration: your assistant, your channels, your knowledge base. You get a working deployment, not a login and a manual.
